The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1/3 cup cashews (raw or dry roasted)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened plain dairy-free milk + additional as needed 
  • ½ cup olive oil, avocado oil, or grapeseed oil
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • Optional 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ – ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley or 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 
  • Vegetables of choice, sliced. (Ex: Carrots, celery, broccoli, grape tomatoes, etc.)
  • Herbs and lemon slices to garnish
  • Optional: gluten free or paleo-friendly crackers
