  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 ripe plantains
  • 1/4 cup frying oil
  • 1 and 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 4 tbsp white miso
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
