The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
- 3 soft Medjool dates (, pitted)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- Pinch of sea salt (, if using unsalted peanut butter)
- 3 handfuls of ice cubes
Instruction
- Combine all of the ingredients, except for the ice, in a high-speed blender and blend until the seeds are completely broken down. Add in the ice and blend again to create a thicker shake that's cold and creamy. Serve immediately.
