Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 3 peaches
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 5.3 oz containers Silk Almondmilk Peach Yogurt Alternative
- 2 cups granola
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Instruction
- Preheat a grill to medium.
- Slice and deseed the peaches.
- In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the peach slices in the cinnamon sugar mix.
- Place the peaches on the grill.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the grill and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- You can leave the skins on or remove the skin from the peaches after they’ve cooled.
- Divide the grilled peaches between 8 half pint mason jars.
- Divide the Silk Almondmilk Yogurt between the mason jars on top of the peaches.
- Top with granola, then drizzle with maple syrup.
