Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 3 peaches
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 5.3 oz containers Silk Almondmilk Peach Yogurt Alternative
  • 2 cups granola
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instruction

  • Preheat a grill to medium.
  • Slice and deseed the peaches.
  • In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll the peach slices in the cinnamon sugar mix.
  • Place the peaches on the grill.
  • Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove from the grill and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • You can leave the skins on or remove the skin from the peaches after they’ve cooled.
  • Divide the grilled peaches between 8 half pint mason jars.
  • Divide the Silk Almondmilk Yogurt between the mason jars on top of the peaches.
  • Top with granola, then drizzle with maple syrup.
