The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- 4 tablespoons coconut oil ((or vegan butter))
- ½ cup raw cashews
- 13.5 oz can coconut milk ((full fat coconut milk))
- 2 8 oz containers vegan cream cheese
- 14 oz container silken tofu ((see note))
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ cup vegan butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar ((see note))
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 20 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped for the batter and topping)
