Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or 15-20 drops stevia)
  • Pinch salt
  • Candied Pumpkin Pie Spice Pecans ((optional))

Instruction

  • Mix chia seeds and almond milk. Let sit 30 minutes to an hour to get gelatinous. 
  • Add the rest of ingredients. Blend in a Nutribullet or high speed blender for a creamy texture, if desired. Top with Candied Pumpkin Pie Spice Pecans, if using.
