- 1 large Hass avocado
- 1½ cups cashews (unsalted and roasted)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (freshly squeezed )
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
