Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped (can sub frozen mango) 
  • 1 cup of coconut yogurt
  • 2 tsp agave 
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom 
  • Handful of ice

Instruction

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy. 
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
