Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped (can sub frozen mango)
- 1 cup of coconut yogurt
- 2 tsp agave
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- Handful of ice
Instruction
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
