Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 200 ml cold coconut milk
- 125 ml cold mango juice
- 1 mango
- 1 handful ice cubes
- 2.5 cm fresh ginger or half tsp ground
- seeds of 4 cardamoms (ground or pounded (optional))
- fresh mint leaves as garnish (optional)
Instruction
- Slice and chop the mango.
- Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
- That's it! Serve in tall glasses and top with fresh mint leaves to make it pretty, if you fancy.
