Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 200 ml cold coconut milk
  • 125 ml cold mango juice
  • 1 mango
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 2.5 cm fresh ginger or half tsp ground
  • seeds of 4 cardamoms (ground or pounded (optional))
  • fresh mint leaves as garnish (optional)

Instruction

  • Slice and chop the mango.
  • Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • That's it! Serve in tall glasses and top with fresh mint leaves to make it pretty, if you fancy.
