- 1 cups walnuts ((can use pecans))
- 1 cup graham crackers ((crumbled))
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 20 ounces vegan cream cheese ((I used Tofutti))
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup nondairy milk
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups mango puree ((use a very sweet, ripe mango for best results))
- 1 cup vegan sour cream ((I used Tofutti))
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
