  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small jalapeño (roughly chopped)
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper (julienned)
  • 1 jalapeño (julienned)
  • 1/2 cup pre-sliced purple cabbage
  • 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
  • cilantro (to taste)
