Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (I used almond)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon zest
  • 3/4 cup granulated cane sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil (vegetable or avocado)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour (not meal)
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour (I used gluten free, regular will work too!)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) dairy free butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1-2 tbsp non-dairy milk
