The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (I used almond)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp lemon zest
- 3/4 cup granulated cane sugar
- 1/3 cup oil (vegetable or avocado)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup blanched almond flour (not meal)
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour (I used gluten free, regular will work too!)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) dairy free butter (at room temperature)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1-2 tbsp non-dairy milk
