- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes ((the kind in oil))
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten ((there is no substitution for this))
- 1 cup cooked lentils ((I used canned))
- 6 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
