- 1/8 tsp liquid smoke
- 1.5 ounces soba noodles (or yakisoba noodles)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
- 2 tbsp scallions (chopped)
- 3.5 ounces silken tofu
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1/4 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- a pinch of kala namak salt
- a pinch of turmeric
- topping: green onions
