Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 1/4 cup vegan sweet potato nacho cheese
  • 2-4 to mato slices (about 1/2 large tomato or 1 small)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Coat a large skillet with oil and place over medium heat.
  • Spread vegan nacho sweet potato cheese over 1 bread slice. Top with tomato slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then top with other bread slice.
  • Place in skillet and cook until golden brown on bottom, 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes on opposite side.
