Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/3 Cup oat milk (add 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar )
- 1/2 Cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 1/2 Cup oat flour
- 2 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp ground flax
- 3 apples (large, grated)
- 1/4 Cup oats
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare your loaf pan by lining with parchment paper and then set aside.
- In a bowl, combine your oat milk and apple cider vinegar. Allow it to sit for about 2 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients and also the flax seeds. Stir to combine.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- In another bowl, combine all of the topping ingredients. Mix until it forms a crumbly texture.
- Transfer wet mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- Add the crumble evenly on the top of the wet loaf mixture.
- Bake the vegan gluten free apple loaf for about 50 minutes. Cool before slicing.
