The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup date paste
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp creamy cashew butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pure almond extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Almond flour
- Cacao powder
- Hemp seeds
Instruction
- Add the walnuts to the bowl of your food processor and reduce them to a coarse meal.
- Next, add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and process on pulse until a moist, dough-like mixture forms.
- With the help of a small ice cream scoop, form balls of 1" in diameter; Roll them between the palms of your hands to shape perfectly round balls.
- Roll the balls in cacao powder, hemp seeds or almond flour.
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a month or up to 4 months in the freezer.
