Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
- 4 dates
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 lemon (zested)
Instruction
- Combine ingredients in food processor and blend until not quite smooth.
- Form the mixture into a rectangle in a baking dish or using parchment paper.
- Refrigerate until firm and cut into 5 bars.
- Store in the refrigerator.
