Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 lemon (zested)

Instruction

  • Combine ingredients in food processor and blend until not quite smooth.
  • Form the mixture into a rectangle in a baking dish or using parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate until firm and cut into 5 bars.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
