Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk (approx 400ml)
  • 1/2 cup 70% dark chocolate chips (or 90 grams of dark chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instruction

  • Mix the chia seeds and coconut milk together in a bowl. Set aside
  • Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler method or in the microwave. Add the chia pudding mixture and mix together.
  • Add the chia mixture to a high-speed blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mousse into small cups and place in the fridge to firm up, for at least an hour or overnight.
