Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 9 to 14 ounce bag of coleslaw mix (about 3 cups or 300 grams or 3 cups shredded cabbage and carrots, mixed)
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo (115 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • sea salt or pink salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl combine coleslaw dressing ingredients (mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and spices). Mix until smooth.
  • Pour coleslaw mix into bowl. Mix until all is well coated.
  • Salt to taste.
