Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 head green cabbage
- 1/4 head red cabbage
- 2 large carrots
- 2 green apples
- 8 tbsp tahini (raw)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp water
Instruction
- Spiralize all your veggies or chopped them finely with a knife.
- To make the dressing you just need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar.
- Place the spiralized or chopped veggies in a big bowl, add the dressing and stir.
