Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 head green cabbage
  • 1/4 head red cabbage
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 green apples
  • 8 tbsp tahini (raw)
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp water

Instruction

  • Spiralize all your veggies or chopped them finely with a knife.
  • To make the dressing you just need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar.
  • Place the spiralized or chopped veggies in a big bowl, add the dressing and stir.
