The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 1 (11oz) Carton Lite Culinary Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Erythritol
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (plus 1-2 teaspoons more for each pop you make to line the tip of the mold)
Instruction
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cocoa powder, erythritol, and shredded coconut.
- Blend until combined.
- Line the tip of each popsicle mold with 1-2 teaspoons of shredded coconut before pouring in the fudgesicle mixture.
- Freeze in the freezer for a few hours until solidified.
