Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 (11oz) Carton Lite Culinary Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Erythritol
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (plus 1-2 teaspoons more for each pop you make to line the tip of the mold)

Instruction

  • In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cocoa powder, erythritol, and shredded coconut.
  • Blend until combined.
  • Line the tip of each popsicle mold with 1-2 teaspoons of shredded coconut before pouring in the fudgesicle mixture.
  • Freeze in the freezer for a few hours until solidified.
