- 15 fresh sage leaves ((or 1 teaspoon dried rubbed sage))
- 2 cloves garlic, (peeled and chopped)
- 8 oz container vegan cream cheese
- 7 oz package vegan cheese, (chopped or shredded (see note))
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- crackers for serving
