Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 cups finely diced celery ((about 7 stalks, trimmed))
- 2 Granny Smith apples (diced )
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
- 1/2 cup Vegan Almond dressing (or mayonnaise)
- 1 tsp mayonnaise (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Clean, trim and chop celery into a fine dice.
- Peel, core and dice apples into a dice similar size of the celery.
- Mix in a bowl with Almond Dressing and/or Mayonnaise. Mix in dried cranberries.
- Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavours to meld.
