Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups finely diced celery ((about 7 stalks, trimmed))
  • 2 Granny Smith apples (diced )
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Almond dressing (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Clean, trim and chop celery into a fine dice.
  • Peel, core and dice apples into a dice similar size of the celery.
  • Mix in a bowl with Almond Dressing and/or Mayonnaise. Mix in dried cranberries.
  • Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavours to meld.
