- 1 egg replacement (I love Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 ¼ cups almond milk + two teaspoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 cup grated carrot
