The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/4 cups gluten free baking flour (or regular flour if not gluten free) (185g)
  • 1 egg replacement (I love Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups almond milk + two teaspoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup grated carrot
