- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk (200 ml)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients to a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
- Use it for any recipe that calls for caramel sauce. You can also spread it onto bread or enjoy as a dip with some fresh fruit or crudités. We served it with a sliced apple.
- Keep leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for about 4 to 5 days.
