Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk (200 ml)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients to a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
  • Use it for any recipe that calls for caramel sauce. You can also spread it onto bread or enjoy as a dip with some fresh fruit or crudités. We served it with a sliced apple.
  • Keep leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for about 4 to 5 days.
