- 2/3 cup cashews (soaked (see notes))
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or any other liquid sweetener)
- 3-4 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)
- 3 tbsp cornstarch ((see notes))
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or any other liquid sweetener)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (canned)
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar (or date sugar)
- 1 slightly heaped tbsp nut butter (of choice)
