- 2/3 cup (about 5 ounces) drained firm silken tofu
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Combine tofu, lemon juice, miso, vinegar, mustard, garlic, pepper and 1/4 cup water in a blender and purée until smooth.
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
