Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 2/3 cup (about 5 ounces) drained firm silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Combine tofu, lemon juice, miso, vinegar, mustard, garlic, pepper and 1/4 cup water in a blender and purée until smooth.
  • Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
