Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 6 Cups Chopped Broccoli
- 1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Bacon
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 1 Cup Vegan Mayo
- 2 TB White Vinegar
- 1 TB Granulated Sweetener (use preferred granulated sugar, to taste)
Instruction
- Chop your broccoli and dice your red onion before adding them along with the sunflower seeds, coconut bacon, and raisins to a large serving bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the vegan mayo, vinegar, and sweetener (adjust to taste), before pouring over the broccoli salad.
- Toss the salad together so everything is coated in the mayo dressing. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
