Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 6 Cups Chopped Broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Roasted Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Bacon
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Cup Vegan Mayo
  • 2 TB White Vinegar
  • 1 TB Granulated Sweetener (use preferred granulated sugar, to taste)

Instruction

  • Chop your broccoli and dice your red onion before adding them along with the sunflower seeds, coconut bacon, and raisins to a large serving bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the vegan mayo, vinegar, and sweetener (adjust to taste), before pouring over the broccoli salad.
  • Toss the salad together so everything is coated in the mayo dressing. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
