- 2 seedless dates

- You will need the following cooking equipment:: Blender, Tall glass, Sieve
- This is a very basic, healthy and fast recipe for vegan banana milk. Using only 4 ingredients, this will be a great way to start your day!
- REMOVE the seed from the dates in case there are any. PEEL the banana. Vegan banana milk
- ADD in a glass of water along with two seedless dates into the blender. BLEND until the dates aren't so chunky anymore. ADD in the banana and maple syrup, then blend until smooth.
- Have a taste and determine whether the vegan banana milk needs more syrup and or water. POUR the banana milk into the tall glass trough a sieve to remove unwanted chunks. Enjoy!
