The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 apples (cored, peeled and sliced with a mandolin or thin knife)

- 1 ¼ cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups 2 tablespoons oat flour (you can make them by grinding up rolled oats)
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ½ cup coconut oil

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction
- 1. Preheat oven to 350° F/ 177° C. Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by lining with parchment paper or with foil. Set aside.
