Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 apples (cored, peeled and sliced with a mandolin or thin knife)
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon all spice
  • 1 ¼ cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups 2 tablespoons oat flour (you can make them by grinding up rolled oats)
  • 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ cup coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350° F/ 177° C. Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by lining with parchment paper or with foil. Set aside.
