Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces vegan cream cheese
  • 1 cup refried beans (with spices)
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro ((or more green onions))

Instruction

  • Let vegan cream cheese soften at room temperature, then spread it into a 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" (or similar size) baking dish.
  • Spread refried beans on top of vegan cream cheese.
  • Spread guacamole on top of refried beans.
  • Pour salsa on top of guacamole.
  • Sprinkle shredded vegan cheddar cheese on top of salsa.
  • Sprinkle sliced Kalamata olives on top of shredded vegan cheddar.
  • Sprinkle green onions and cilantro on top of Kalamata olives.
