Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 ounces vegan cream cheese
- 1 cup refried beans (with spices)
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro ((or more green onions))
Instruction
- Let vegan cream cheese soften at room temperature, then spread it into a 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" (or similar size) baking dish.
- Spread refried beans on top of vegan cream cheese.
- Spread guacamole on top of refried beans.
- Pour salsa on top of guacamole.
- Sprinkle shredded vegan cheddar cheese on top of salsa.
- Sprinkle sliced Kalamata olives on top of shredded vegan cheddar.
- Sprinkle green onions and cilantro on top of Kalamata olives.
