Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- 0.125 cup plum schnapps
- 0.667 cup Apple juice
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 Vanilla bean (cut open lengthways)
- 5.333 cups Plum (pitted and sliced)
Instruction
- Caramelize the sugar slightly and deglaze with the schnapps.
- Add the apple and lemon juice and bring to the boil. Add the vanilla pod and the plums. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
