Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla International Delight Iced Coffee (can also use creamer)
  • 4 slices of Texas toast bread
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • powdered sugar for topping

Instruction

  • Heat skillet on medium heat. In a medium size bowl beat the eggs and vanilla iced coffee.  Soak each side of the bread in the liquid mixture. Throw a small slice of butter into the warm skillet.  (Once butter sizzles, the pan is hot enough)  Place the soaked bread two at a time into the skillet.  Flip after 2 mins or until golden brown.  Repeat for each piece and then remove.  Melt the rest of the butter and repeat with the last two bread slices. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
