The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 medium Eggs
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 10 tablespoons Butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or sweetener of choice to taste
- 1½ teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Buttermilk or Whole milk
- 2½ cups Flour
- 1½ teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda (optional for added flavor and airiness - it may discolor the muffins if left too long in the oven.)
