The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 medium Eggs
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 10 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or sweetener of choice to taste
  • 1½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Buttermilk or Whole milk
  • 2½ cups Flour
  • 1½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda (optional for added flavor and airiness - it may discolor the muffins if left too long in the oven.)
