- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter (cut into ½" pieces)
- 3 tablespoons cold vegetable shortening
- 3 tablespoons ice cold water
- 1 cup granulated sugar (222g)
- 3 tablespoons water
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- ½ teaspoon Fleur De Sel salt
