Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups sweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- cocoa powder (raisins or slivered almonds, optional)
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined
- Evenly distribute chia mixture throughout four ramekins
- Place ramekins in the refrigerator, covered, overnight
- Serve cold with non-dairy whipped topping, non-dairy chocolate or caramel sauce
