Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2/3 cup raw cashews (I did not soak them first, you can if you prefer)
- 4 medjool dates (pitted (softened first, if necessary))
- 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk (*)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (*)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- handful ice
- 1 scoop protein powder or collagen peptides (optimal)
- Crumbled vanilla wafer cookies (optional**)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients (except for the cookie crumbles) in a high speed blender <---what I have and love, and blend until very smooth. Serve right away topped with cookie crumbles if desired
