The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 (8-oz) can crescent roll dough
- Olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup crumbled cooked sausage
- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
- ¼ cup yellow and green bell pepper strips
- 4 eggs
- Chopped green onions
- Pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent roll dough; place on a baking sheet coated lightly with cooking spray. Stretch and press into a 12 x 9-inch rectangle. Press perforations between rolls to seal. Brush with olive oil. Layer on Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, sausage and red bell pepper strips. Make indentations among the toppings. Crack 4 eggs into the indentations. Top with chopped green onions and pepper. Bake about 20 minutes, until eggs are set.
