Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 (8-oz) can crescent roll dough
  • Olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup crumbled cooked sausage
  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup yellow and green bell pepper strips
  • 4 eggs
  • Chopped green onions
  • Pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent roll dough; place on a baking sheet coated lightly with cooking spray. Stretch and press into a 12 x 9-inch rectangle. Press perforations between rolls to seal. Brush with olive oil. Layer on Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, sausage and red bell pepper strips. Make indentations among the toppings. Crack 4 eggs into the indentations. Top with chopped green onions and pepper. Bake about 20 minutes, until eggs are set.
