The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 russet potatoes (cut lengthwise into wedges (about 8 per potato))
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- In a medium bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil and the salt.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the potatoes in a single layer.
- Roast for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and then the parsley.
