The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 tbsp Chutney
- 4 Olives (chopped)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 0.25 Cucumber (sliced)
- 0.5 Carrot (grated)
- 20 g Rocket (arugula)
Instruction
- Spread the hummus on to one slice of bread and the chutney on to the other.
- Pile all of the rest of the ingredients on to the hummus slice of bread and then top with the other slice and serve.
