Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- FILLING:
- 5 Granny Smith Apples (cored and diced finely)
- 1/4 cup Pecans (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons Xylitol (or honey)
- 1 Tablespoon Gluten Free flour mix
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup Gluten Free Flour mixture
- 1/2 cup Oats (make sure they are GF version)
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 6 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (chilled)
- 1/4 cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Instruction
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x9 inch pan with cooking spray. Mix all the Filling ingredients together and pour into pan.
- Mix all the Topping ingredients together (coconut oil should be chilled and mashed into mixture) and pour over your filling. Bake 30-35 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving.
