Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 13.4 ounce can Ube Condensed Milk
- 11 ounces white chocolate chips
- 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- additional sweetened flaked coconut, ((2-3 cups) or sifted powdered sugar (to coat) (amounts approximate))
Instruction
- Prepare an 8" square glass dish by lining with parchment paper with edges overhanging and greased with butter or sprayed with nonstick.
- Microwave white chocolate chips and condensed milk one minute.
- Stir in marshmallow creme and microwave one minute more.
- Add vanilla and coconut; pour into prepared glass dish, spread evenly, cool and chill (6 hours or overnight).
- Divide mixture into 42 pieces and roll into balls (I cut 6x7 and use that as a guide- a little bigger or smaller here or there is fine).
- Then roll truffles into more coconut or sifted powdered sugar (I prefer coconut) and chill until firm.
- Keep truffles refrigerated during storage.
