Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 2 pounds carrots, (cut into ½-inch pieces)
- ½ cup prunes, (cut in half)
- ½ cup dried apricots, (cut in half)
- 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
Instruction
- Place carrots, prunes, apricots and orange juice in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt
- Cover dish with tin foil
- Bake at 350°F for 60-80 minutes
- Serve
