Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 2 pounds carrots, (cut into ½-inch pieces)
  • ½ cup prunes, (cut in half)
  • ½ cup dried apricots, (cut in half)
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instruction

  • Place carrots, prunes, apricots and orange juice in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt
  • Cover dish with tin foil
  • Bake at 350°F for 60-80 minutes
  • Serve
