Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 150 g whole milk natural yogurt
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 150 g cucumber
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- lemon juice (to taste)
Instruction
- Place the yogurt in a bowl. Add the garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the cucumber in half, scoop out and discard the seeds. Coarsely grate. Stir into the yogurt along with the chopped mint.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice, to taste. Allow to stand for at least 5 minutes before serving
