Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 150 g whole milk natural yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • lemon juice (to taste)

Instruction

  • Place the yogurt in a bowl. Add the garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the cucumber in half, scoop out and discard the seeds.  Coarsely grate. Stir into the yogurt along with the chopped mint. 
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice, to taste. Allow to stand for at least 5 minutes before serving
