The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/2 c Heavy Whipping Cream 125 g
- 1/2 c Milk Chocolate Chips 104 g
Instruction
- With a hand mixer whip your heavy cream until its at a stiff peak. Check out how to tell if you have a stiff peak on the attached video for the recipe.
- Melt your chocolate, and add it to your whipped cream.
- Gently fold in your chocolate until you don't see any more white from the cream.
- Portion your mousse into two small serving bowls, and smooth the top. Be very gentle when smoothing.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and then enjoy!
