Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 cups gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • salt for seasoning

Instruction

  • Cook gnocchi according to package instructions and then remove. Add olive oil to a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add sausage slices and cook until brown. Add the spinach and gnocchi to the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Pour in the tomato sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes. Season the gnocchi and sausage with salt before plating. Top with parmesan cheese.
