The following ingredients have 4 Servings

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (according to your tastes)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 8 cups low-salt turkey or chicken stock, preferably homemade (Recipe on this site)
  • rind of parmesan cheese ((optional))
  • 2-3 cups leftover turkey meat (diced)
  • 10 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated for garnish (optional))
  • 1 3 " piece of kitchen string
