Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 can (15 oz canellini beans, drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 2 cups cooked cubed turkey
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Make the salad: In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth. When ready to serve, drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine. Enjoy!
