Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 can (15 oz canellini beans, drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
- 2 cups cooked cubed turkey
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Make the salad: In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth. When ready to serve, drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine. Enjoy!
