Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 lb. baking potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine vegetables in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with chicken; drizzle with dressing.
  • Bake 30 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
