Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 lb. baking potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
Instruction
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Combine vegetables in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with chicken; drizzle with dressing.
- Bake 30 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
